DCN watched Oprah gasp at the breathtaking views from atop the mountains in Telluride during her hour-long poignant interview with the Risky Business star, Tom Cruise. In fact, Oprah was nearly brought to tears when she talked about how she wished Cruise the same kind of peace she found in the desolate mountain top.
Telluride was the perfect place for Cruise to publicly make peace with some of the antics he's pulled over the last three years - including setting the record straight on his opinions on anti-depressant drugs, expressing regret in taking his anger out on Matt Lauer, defending why he bought a sonogram machine, and perhaps showing a tinge of regret for jumping on Oprah's couch to proclaim his infatuation with then girlfriend, Katie Holmes.
DCN's opinion: This incredibly good-looking and talented actor is set for a comeback. While much of America has differing views than the preachy Scientologist, most of us respect the actor, father, and man he has finally become. Agree?

Interesting prediction, DCN. I think people would be happier to see this controversial character make more movies ahead of anti-semite Mel Gibson.
If Tom decides to make a comeback, how about Mission Impossible X: The Top Gun Files - Goose comes back from the dead.
